The Bratwurst Bar has been part of the Subiaco Farmers market since 2010.
We use only the best local suppliers and our bratwurst sausages are made, using no artificial flavours or preservatives and contain no gluten, and there are not many sausages around that are gluten free that taste this good.
Our rolls are sourced from Abhi’s Bakery, who pride themselves on producing organic, natural breads and of course the onions are also locally grown! The only things that are not local is the massive pans that we use to cook the bratwurst sausages and onions. These are imported from Germany and they are specifically designed to cook bratwurst sausage. They are huge and often the focal point when waiting for your Bratwurst in a roll.
