Our family has been making pasta for close to 30 years…so we are getting reasonably good at it now 😉

We have a very large array of fresh pastas and we certainly do not believe in using cardboard as an ingredient…in other words, real ingredients and flavour is very important to us.
You will notice a difference in the taste of our fresh and filled pastas compared with shop bought pasta and we challenge you to be able to taste individual ingredients in the pasta, rather than just believing what you read on the packaging.
It’s all fresh, free of nasties and includes choices of gluten free, wheat free (spelt), and some organic and biodynamic ingredients.
