Strange Grains bread is free from gluten, soy, egg, dairy, and sugar with no chemicals or additives. It has a regular bread texture – chewy crust, soft middle – like proper bread. In fact our traditional sourdough buckwheat loaf was the Champion sourdough loaf at the 2014 Perth Royal Show (that was in an open category ).
During the week you can buy direct from the bakery at the rear of 626 Newcastle St, Leederville.
