Stallholder

All applicants who sell goods at the SFM are required to pay rent for the space they use.

Rent will be charged on an allocated space of 3×3m area. Multiple space may be rented.

No membership/loyalty programme will be in place at this stage.

The cost of a stall at Sub Farmers Market is:

  • 3m by 3m site: $50/week
  • 4.5m by 3m site: $75/week
  • 6m by 3m site: $100/week

You can save 10% by paying on a six monthly basis.

A powered stall costs an additional $5/week per standard stall.

Regular Payments

We accept secure regular payments from stallholders using PayPal subscriptions – this allows you to pay automatically your stallholder fees using Visa, Mastercard or your bank account. You can sign in to your PayPay account and cancel your subscription at any stage. We do not store your credit card details or have access to your bank account. A 2.4% + $0.30 fee is added to the base stallholder cost to cover PayPal’s fee to us.

We also accept payments via direct bank transfers – please contact us to arrange.

Cancellation Policy – stallholders must notify the Market Manager no later than 12 noon on the Friday prior to trading for a missed Saturday otherwise fees will be charged.
